Please be clear that our coaching is ‘high performance’. It works best with your extraordinary people – the ones you believe could accomplish even more with just a little help from a coach who matches them and what they need.
It might be that our coach will get your star started by ‘clearing the clutter’ – getting rid of anything that stands in the way of their stardom.
Then we could explore – and help them be more aware of – their way of accomplishing extraordinary things. The question then becomes, what is the bigger game they want to play? So all that remains is to ensure they know how to nail their new goals.

Description
Some methods of coaching work really well. Other methods seem to us to be set up to cause a struggle.
‘I have here your appraisal. Let’s look at your weaknesses and all the goals you have failed to meet this year’
That would not work for us.
And none of our coaches would do their best work if our client briefed us by saying ‘Coaching is the last chance for this executive’.
In our view, there’s quite enough struggle in the world already.
We’d prefer to start off with, ‘how about we both explore how you can make extraordinary and measurable gains in your performance and see what amazing things happen when…
